Miss Amina is one of the founding partners at BZA. She is involved in various aspects of project finance, and drafting and reviewing financing, security, and concession documents. She has an abundance of experience, primarily in power and energy. She has worked extensively on Power Purchase Agreements, Operation and Maintenance Agreements, Engineering Procurement and Construction agreements for various power projects. She is also experienced in handling transactional, Arbitration, employment, and ancillary regulatory matters including joint ventures, share purchase, compensatory frameworks, and workplace harassment. Prior to this position, Amina was an associate at another prestigious Pakistani law firm. Amina holds her LLB (Hons) from University of London (International Programmes) (2017) and is licensed to practice as an Advocate of the high Courts.
