Mr. Zaid is one of the founding Partners at BZA. He completed his LLB Honours from the University of London (International programs). He then went on to complete his LLM with Honours in International Commercial law from Brunel University London, during the time he has also served as the Social Secretary of Brunel Law School. Mr. Zaid is an experienced disputes lawyer with extensive experience in commercial, domestic, and international commercial arbitration work and practice at the firm focusing on constitutional, civil, taxation, energy, banking, cyber-crime, and commercial litigation before the High Court. He is a key member of the team representing provincial and federal tax authorities in several significant constitutional petitions and tax references. He is licensed to practice as an Advocate of the High courts and routinely appears before the lower civil and district courts, administrative agencies, and tribunals across the country, including the Intellectual Property Tribunal and Competition Commission of Pakistan.
